About the Role We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our sales and marketing team in handling documents, customer communication, order processing, and internal. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support Maintain customer database and sales records. Prepare and organize quotations, orders, inquiries, and other documents. Provide general admin support to the sales team when needed. Order Processing & Sales Support Process orders accurately and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery. Support the sales team with client communication, proposal and quotation preparation, and order processing. Track sales performance, monitor customer interactions, and assist in preparing sales reports and presentations. Customer Service & Communication Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries. Provide updates on order status and support in resolving customer issues. Marketing Coordination Assist in marketing-related activities and help maintain brand consistency in customer-facing initiatives. Collaboration Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, finance, logistics, project) to ensure smooth end-to-end operations. Basic Design & Reporting Support (added advantage) Create basic models and drawings using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) when required.
