Position: Technical Project Lead - Game R&D Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and manage the execution of game development or technical projects. Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and key deliverables. Work closely with engineering, product, and QA teams to ensure smooth project progress. Track project status, identify risks, and help resolve issues to keep projects on schedule. Provide regular updates to stakeholders and maintain project documentation. Collaborate with partners from the gaming or AI industry, universities, or technical institutions to support project initiatives when necessary. Qualifications Diploma or above in Project Management, Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields. Experience in project management, preferably in software development / technical projects. Working background of gaming industry is a plus point. Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and support project delivery in a fast-paced environment. Familiar with project management tools like Microsoft Projects 365, Jira. Hands on experiences in manage projects across different methodologies-ranging from Waterfall planning to Agile development workflows. Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Plays MOBA, FPS, or MMORPG games (e.g., Honor of Kings, Mobile Legends or others). Language Requirements Professional working proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin Chinese , as these languages are used for team collaboration and regional countries communication.
