This role ensures products are presented effectively to maximize sales, enhance customer experience, and maintain strong brand consistency.You will play a key role in supporting new store openings, store refresh initiatives, and expansion plans, while collaborating closely with the buying, operations, and marketing teams to deliver strong commercial results.Key Responsibilities1. Merchandising Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales, margins, and product visibility.Oversee product assortment, category layout, and space planning across all PANDA Eyes outletsEnsure consistency in visual merchandising standards, planograms, and display guidelinesMonitor in-store execution and ensure compliance with merchandising standards2. Product Assortment & Space PlanningCollaborate with the buying team to optimize product mix based on sales performance and customer demand.Develop and maintain planograms for various store formats and categoriesAllocate shelf space effectively to maximize productivity and sales per square footReview slow-moving items and recommend actions such as promotions or delistings.3. Store Operations & ExecutionConduct regular store visits to ensure merchandising standards are properly executedIdentify execution gaps and work with operations teams to resolve issues promptlyEnsure accurate product placement, pricing, and high-quality displaysSupport stores during promotions, campaigns, and seasonal transitions.4. New Store Openings & ExpansionLead merchandising setup for new store openings.Coordinate with operations and buying teams to ensure store readiness prior to launchProvide on-site support during store openings to ensure smooth execution5. Market & Competitor AnalysisConduct competitor benchmarking on pricing, promotions, and display strategiesAnalyze customer shopping behavior and retail trendsRecommend improvements to enhance customer experience and drive sales performance6. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with the buying team on product launches and assortment planningPartner with the marketing team on promotional displays and campaignsCollaborate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure stock availability and effective execution.7. Team Leadership & DevelopmentLead, coach, and develop the PANDA Eyes merchandising team, including executives and store merchandisersSet KPIs and monitor team performanceDrive continuous improvement in merchandising processes and standards.Manfaat
