Position Overview : Lead all sales and business development activities across APAC for measurement systems and industrial solutions in the Energy sector. Drive regional strategy, manage key accounts, and lead multi-country sales teams to deliver sustainable revenue growth across upstream, midstream, and downstream markets. Key Responsibilities : 1. Regional Sales Strategy & Leadership Develop and execute APAC sales strategy and country targets Lead and coach regional sales teams Manage forecasting, KPIs, budgets, and performance 2. Business Development & Key Accounts Drive growth with NOCs, IOCs, EPCs, FPSO operators, and system integrators Manage strategic accounts across Southeast Asia, Australia, China, and India Secure early engagement in pre-FEED, FEED, EPCIC, and lifecycle projects 3. Technical & Solution Leadership Oversee flow measurement, metering systems, analyzers, automation, and digital solutions Ensure compliance with API, ISO, OIML standards Support technical reviews and customer presentations 4. Market Expansion & Partnerships Identify opportunities in LNG, FPSO, petrochemicals, CCUS, hydrogen, and refinery upgrades Develop regional EPC and technology partnerships Represent the company at industry events Requirements & Competencies : Strong expertise in flow measurement, metering systems, and industrial automation Proven APAC sales leadership experience in energy or process instrumentation Strong negotiation, contract, and channel management skills Experience engaging senior technical decision-makers Bachelor's degree in Engineering (MBA preferred) Based in Kuala Lumpur; 30-50% travel required
