Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations in our semi-fabricant metal products manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure the reliability and efficiency of production equipment, manage a team of maintenance technicians, and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for machinery and equipment. Oversee the repair, servicing, and troubleshooting of production machinery to ensure minimal downtime. Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing training and support to enhance their skills. Monitor and control maintenance budgets, optimizing cost-effective solutions for equipment maintenance and spare parts procurement. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and environmental standards. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to enhance operational efficiency. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs. Analyze equipment performance and recommend upgrades or replacements when necessary. Coordinate with external contractors and service providers when required. Implement best practices for continuous improvement in maintenance processes. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience). Minimum 5-8 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a metal fabrication or manufacturing environment . Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems . Proven experience in preventive and predictive maintenance strategies. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is a plus. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in an industrial setting.
