  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in office administration and/or e-commerce operations.
  • Familiar with online marketplace platforms
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and online sales strategies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus for liaising with suppliers).
  • Proactive, adaptable, and willing to take on both administrative and e-commerce-related tasks.
Tanggungjawab
  • Provide administrative and personal assistance, including scheduling, correspondence, travel arrangements, and ad-hoc tasks.
  • Manage office operations such as filing, documentation, data entry, and basic accounting/expense tracking.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and service providers while preparing reports, research, and presentations as needed.
  • Ensure deadlines and tasks are completed independently with confidentiality and responsibility.
  • Manage product listings, pricing, updates, and order processing across e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, Shopify, etc.).
  • Handle payment tracking, inventory monitoring, supplier coordination, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide after-sales support, and maintain good customer relationships.
  • Track and analyze sales performance while assisting with social media and digital marketing to support online growth.
