Descriptions Candidate should have five (5) years of relevant experience in development, implementation and management of Identity and Access Management Products. Candidate should have good exposure with IAM Software Development Lifecycle including Requirement Gathering, Designing, Development and Enhancements. Administer and maintain IAM/PAM platforms (e.g., Micros soft Entra, CyberArk, SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD, BeyondTrust Experience and knowledge with Cloud providers such as Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, etc Responsibilities - Hands-on experience in Identity Management Suite which includes Software Implementation, Design, Development, Administration and Support of various Applications in Oracle, OKTA, Saviynt, Beyond trust, SailPoint etc. - Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews across systems and applications. - Implement role-based access control (RBAC), least privilege, and segregation of duties (SoD) principles. - Monitor and respond to access-related security incidents and audit findings. - Collaborate with IT and business units to define access policies and workflows. - Conduct periodic access certifications and privileged account audits. - Support integration of IAM solutions with cloud and on-premises applications. - Stay updated on IAM/PAM trends, threats, and best practices. - Experience in create and configure the Enterprise Roles to achieve, Multiple entitlements of different endpoints assignment for bulk upload users - Developed Identity Provisioning artifacts such as Resource Objects, Process Definitions, Process Tasks and Process Forms for provisioning the users to target systems - To be able to manage exceptions in accordance with good practices and standards. Practical, cross-functional, and support those desired capabilities and requirements for the IAM/PAM system for business users. - Experience & develop the information classification and handling policies/procedures, information security standards such as NIST and ISO 27001:2013. - Experience with networking concepts/protocols. - Experience with scripting languages (Perl, Python, or PowerShell). - Experience with large scale networks including Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory Requirements - 5 years of security experience with bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Networking, or Computer Security or equivalent - Certification required Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM), CISSP, ISO27001:2022 LA, CISM, CRISC, CISA etc. - At least two (2) Product Certifications e.g Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, CompTIA Security+, Saviynt LS -100, 200, Forcepoint, AWS , McAfee Soft Skills: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and documentation abilities. - Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment - Should have good understanding Microsoft tools such as word, ppt and excel etc. - Exceptional interpersonal, team building, mentoring, and leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior level executives - Ability to travel and work in a fast paced, results driven environment, grasp new technology, and contribute at a rapid pace
