- Assist in gathering customer requirements during sales meetings.
- Participate in initial discovery calls to understand client pain points.
- Support sales teams in answering basic technical queries from customers.
- Help senior engineers in designing IT solutions tailored to client needs.
- Conduct research on new products and emerging technologies.
- Document solution designs and configurations under guidance.
- Assist in creating technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Contribute to writing responses for RFIs/RFPs.
- Work with sales teams to develop pricing and solution documentation.
- Maintain a database of technical solutions and case studies.
- Complete vendor training and certifications (CCNA, AWS Cloud Practitioner, etc.).
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitive technologies.
- Shadow senior engineers during customer meetings to gain hands-on experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a pre-sales, technical support, or solution engineering role.
- Strong understanding of [industry-specific technologies, e.g., cloud computing, networking, SaaS, cybersecurity, etc.].
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-facing skills.
