Job OverviewThis 12-month rotational program will provide hands-on training, mentorship, and career development in your chosen track. You'll gain real experience in operations, leadership, and projects, preparing you for a future Managerial role in one of our brands.General Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business, Hospitality, Culinary, Supply Chain, Arts, or related fields
Fresh graduates are welcome!
Must be willing to undergo training in Singapore for 2-4 weeks (at company expense)
Strong communication skills & leadership potential
Customer-oriented, motivated, and eager to learn
Flexible to work in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment
