Handle daily administrative tasks (filing, data entry, document control) Issue invoices, delivery orders & receipts Key in accounting data into accounts system Assist in accounts payable & accounts receivable Prepare payment vouchers and assist in bank reconciliation Maintain proper filing of accounting and admin documents Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior Requirements Minimum SPM Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply With experience in admin or basic accounting will be an advantage Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g. AutoCount/SQL) is a plus Responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn Good command of Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin (both written and spoken) to liaise with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders
