- Digital trade strategy & execution
- Support the development and execution of digital trade strategies aligned with commercial goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to digitize trade marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Assist in the rollout of digital tools and platforms across retail and distributor networks.
- Transformation & process optimization
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within trade operations.
- Support change management initiatives to drive adoption of new digital solutions.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to assess the impact of transformation efforts.
- Data & insights
- Leverage data analytics to generate actionable insights for trade teams.
- Support the integration of digital dashboards and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure seamless data flow and system connectivity.
- Stakeholder engagement
- Work closely with sales, marketing, finance and external partners to align digital initiatives.
- Provide training and support to internal teams and trade partners on new tools and processes.
- Act as a key liaison between commercial teams and digital transformation leads.

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, digital innovation, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in trade marketing, digital transformation, or commercial operations in FMCG, retail or consumer goods industry.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in digital tools (e.g. e-commerce platforms, analytics dashboards, PowerBI, Microstrategy)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities with strong influencing and problem-solving skills, encouraging trust and confidence.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Adaptable to handle matters on an independent basis
