Job DescriptionRequirementsEducation: Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field.Experience:Minimum4+ years in creative design, with a strong portfolio. Experience in visual merchandising and event support is an advantage.Skills:Proficient inAdobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of 3D design softwareis a plus. Skilled inPOSM design, event layout, and vendor coordination.Experience Exposure:Background inevent setup, floor plan layouts, thematic displays, and large-scale retail activations.Soft Skills:Strongcommunication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to align creative work with branding and event goals.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Creative Manager to deliver design projects that align with brand standards and marketing objectives.Stay updated with current design and market trends to ensure visuals remain creative, relevant, and competitive across all platforms.Develop creative concepts and visual strategies that support brand positioning and marketing campaigns.Work closely with the marketing, sales, and external vendors to ensure timely execution of campaigns and design deliverables.Design and manage social media visual content to strengthen brand awareness and engagement.Review and provide constructive feedback to junior designers to maintain quality and consistency in creative output.Prepare quotations, PRF, and procurement documentation related to design, marketing materials, and event requirements.Plan and execute event layouts, booth setups, and POSM displays for roadshows, trade fairs, and marketing activations to enhance customer engagement.Oversee the setup, dismantling, and maintenance of display assets, ensuring proper storage and inventory management.Support the Group Trade Activation Assistant Manager in booth design, site visits, contractor coordination, and supplier sourcing for marketing activations.Design and produce POSM materials, window displays, and retail visuals for WOWSHOP and other marketing initiatives to strengthen in-store brand presence.Benefits
