Job Description In your new role you will: Lead and overseeing the day-to-day operations for multiple countries within Asia countries in order to ensure the delivery on time and accurately. Ensure team performs according to defined goals, KPIs and SLAs and manage/escalate breaches respectively. Ensure team compliance with the global company compliance standards and processes/procedures. Lead and manage projects related to employee operations, including process improvements, system implementations, and compliance initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain processes and procedures that support employee operations, including compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or professional Degree in any field, preferably in Human Resources. Proficiency in HR standard processes, tools, and systems. Good communication skills and able to lead a team. Good analytical and problem solving skills.
