Key Responsibilities Perform manual testing of web, mobile, or enterprise applications. Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories. Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts . Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) . Identify, log, track, and retest defects using JIRA or similar defect management tools. Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners in an Agile/Scrum environment . Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. Prepare test summary reports and provide quality metrics. Perform regression testing before production releases. Support production validation and post-release verification when required. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Manual QA Engineer / Software Tester. Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and SDLC . Hands-on experience working in Agile methodology . Experience using JIRA for defect tracking and test management. Experience in SIT and UAT testing . Strong knowledge of test case design techniques. Good understanding of functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
