Responsibilities Minimum one (1) year of proven experience as an Administrative Coordinator, including involvement in process enhancement and improvement initiatives. Coordinate administrative and operational activities to support sales functions and ensure smooth and efficient internal processes. Manage sales administrative tasks, including quotation preparation, tender documentation, internal approvals, and customer correspondence. Act as an administrative coordinator to sales leaders, ensuring timely completion of sales-related tasks and internal deliverables. Oversee documentation, internal coordination, and follow-up activities to support overall sales operations effectiveness. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field. 1-5 years of experience in project administration or coordination. Proficient in project management software Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with stakeholders.
