  • Minimum SPM qualification and above
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken & written)
  • Malaysian Chinese candidates preferred
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience (gaming industry experience is a big plus)
  • Other industries are acceptable if you handled user data, metrics, or backend queries
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Empathetic, patient, and able to handle customer frustrations professionally
  • Comfortable working night shifts, weekends, and public holidays (24/7 support rotation)
  • Passion for gaming and a good understanding of online gaming culture.
Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to player inquiries across chat, email, and other support channels.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to gameplay, accounts, payments, and technical difficulties.
  • Guide players on game rules, strategies, features, and promotions.
  • Document player interactions using customer support tools.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and other teams to resolve escalated issues.
  • Monitor player feedback and highlight recurring issues for product improvement.
  • Stay updated on game features, events, and promotions.
  • Suggest and contribute to improving customer support processes.
