- Malaysian Chinese candidates preferred
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (gaming industry experience is a big plus)
- Other industries are acceptable if you handled user data, metrics, or backend queries
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Empathetic, patient, and able to handle customer frustrations professionally
- Comfortable working night shifts, weekends, and public holidays (24/7 support rotation)
- Passion for gaming and a good understanding of online gaming culture.
- Respond promptly and professionally to player inquiries across chat, email, and other support channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to gameplay, accounts, payments, and technical difficulties.
- Guide players on game rules, strategies, features, and promotions.
- Document player interactions using customer support tools.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and other teams to resolve escalated issues.
- Monitor player feedback and highlight recurring issues for product improvement.
- Stay updated on game features, events, and promotions.
- Suggest and contribute to improving customer support processes.
