The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying and pursuing growth opportunities within the FMCG industry to drive sales and strengthen market presence. This role requires a strong understanding of sales strategies and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
  • Drive revenue growth across HORECA Key Accounts (hotels, high‑end restaurants, premium outlets).
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing distributors; identification of new distributors is an added advantage.
  • Execute on‑trade sales strategies aligned with brand and portfolio positioning.
  • Conduct 3-6 outlet visits per week, including evening engagements.
  • Build strong relationships with outlet owners, sommeliers, bar managers, and F&B decision‑makers.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company compliance, ethical standards, and entertainment policies.
  • Provide commercial insights and recommendations to management to support business growth.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and regional stakeholders.
Clear ownership, visibility, and direct impact on business growth.Work with premium HORECA clients in a flexible, trust‑based setup.
  • 3-5 years of relevant sales experience, ideally within the alcohol/ spirits/ wine industry.
  • Candidates from competitors or similar premium alcohol companies strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to identify growth opportunities.
  • A proactive attitude and results-driven mindset.
  • Knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis in the retail sector.
