- Handle and support Sales Executives’ requests while resolving customer issues efficiently
- Ensure all processes align with pricing guidelines, company policies, and regulations
- Verify sales information on every interaction to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Manage and resolve first-level sales escalations
- Follow up daily on unresolved cases until full resolution
- Deliver professional and high-quality support to external customers
- Create a positive, customer-friendly experience through effective communication
- Provide timely, accurate assistance while maintaining integrity and adherence to SOPs
- Fluent in Mandarin and good command of English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Customer-first mindset with a professional attitude
- Prior experience in customer support or sales support is a plus (not mandatory)
