  • The WRB Global Digital Sales team's objective is to partner with country, product, and technology stakeholders to create programs, content, and experiences that will support the acquisition and engagement of prospects and customers through SC's Digital Assets. With a customer-centric approach, the team is focused on delivering on the customer intent through its acquisition and deepening strategies while driving profitable acquisitions for the business.
  • The Creative Designer will support multiple markets and will be responsible for developing visually stunning and innovative designs that align with product/marketer's objectives and brand guidelines, ensuring that all work is delivered on time. Strong design skills and a keen eye for detail are essential, as the role involves creating digital assets across various channels for High Net-Worth customers of the Bank. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing high-quality advertising and marketing visuals that drive business growth.
  • The Creative Designer is expected to engage with multiple product teams, ensuring that their insights help shape impactful marketing campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference and drive success in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and own work; conceptualizing, developing, and driving creative designs that will promote the SC brand and products and achieve business results for markets, with minimal oversight or creative direction.
  • Establish relationships with key partners in markets, owning presentations, and working directly with product teams on creative development.
  • Design for all different forms of media, including content for Social, Search, Display Banners, Email, SMS, Push Notifications, Website banners, etc.
  • Understand and appreciate the importance of strategy and ensure that all visual concepts are on brief.
  • Manage multiple markets and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Handle all facets of design production and post-production with minimal supervision.
  • Work with all disciplines to deliver projects of creative excellence on time.
  • Demonstrate strong presentation skills, both internally and with clients.
  • Give and receive constructive feedback in a respectful manner.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, Visual Design, or a related field.
  • Expert proficiency in Visual Design and experience in the use of tools including Adobe Photshop, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite etc.
  • Advanced proficiency in Visual Communications
  • Intermediate proficiency in Illustration Design
  • Intermediate proficiency in User Interface (UI) Design
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
