- Prioritise production defects/data patching to ensure it meets customer or agent’s expectations
- Assess the impact and provide the workaround on production enquiries/defects/data patching/data extraction
- Coordinate and communicate business issues arising from area of responsibility
- Review and define the testing scope for production defect testing
- Implement or meet agreed milestones for approved projects/initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate activities to identify potential risks and issues of non-compliance
- Support team on day-to-day issues
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
- Possess a tertiary qualification preferably in Communications, Management, Business Administration or Insurance or AMII, AAII, FMLI or equivalent
- Has about 2-5 years experience working in insurance industry
- Experience in system support in Policy Processing or Customer Service is an added advantage
- Good written and verbal skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Able to produce high quality work under pressure
