- Define, lead, and govern the regional marketing and communications strategy across APAC in alignment with global brand direction and regional priorities.
- Provide strategic direction and decision-making on target audiences, messaging frameworks, and integrated marketing approaches across markets.
- Oversee content, consumer, and trend research to guide regional strategy, prioritization, and long-term planning. • Ensure all marketing initiatives clearly and consistently communicate Company’s value proposition and brand positioning across APAC.
- Own regional marketing budget planning, allocation, and governance, ensuring effective use of resources and alignment with agreed objectives.
- Provide executive oversight on the development of regional content and toolkits across print and digital platforms, ensuring scalability and relevance for local markets.
- Ensure online and offline marketing materials adhere to brand standards, regulatory considerations, and direct selling best practices.
- Set regional direction for social media strategy, brand presence, and engagement, ensuring effectiveness across markets.
- Guide the development of field engagement, activation, and lead-generation initiatives through social, print, events, and brand activations.
- Establish and monitor regional marketing KPIs, reviewing campaign effectiveness and driving continuous improvement.
- Partner closely with regional and local Sales and Business Development leaders to ensure strong alignment and field readiness.
- Serve as the primary regional marketing liaison between APAC markets and global teams, influencing global planning through regional insights.
- Provide strategic guidance, coaching, and escalation support to local marketing teams to drive execution excellence.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the regional marketing leadership team, fostering a high performance, collaborative, and accountable culture.
- Stay current with marketing, social media, and communication trends relevant to the direct selling and network marketing industry
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising or equivalent.
- Meta and/or Google certification.
- Minimum 12 years of progressive experience, including regional leadership responsibility, in a multinational direct selling or network marketing organization.
- Strong understanding of direct selling business models, field dynamics, and distributor engagement.
- Proven experience leading regional teams and managing managers across multiple markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong English copywriting ability and proficiency in Chinese.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross functional teams.
- Highly strategic with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Strong planning, prioritization, and governance capabilities in a matrix organization.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-market environment.
- Solid knowledge of marketing methodologies, digital platforms, and social media tools.
