This job is responsible for ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes while using a company's products or services. Their role is to build strong relationships, drive product adoption, and increase customer satisfaction to maximize retention and growth. This remote opportunity is based in Johor, Malaysia.Job Responsibilities:

Customer Onboarding: Help new customers understand and successfully use the product.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction.
Product Adoption & Training: Provide guidance and support to maximize product usage.
Proactive Engagement: Anticipate customer needs and address issues before they arise.
Renewals & Retention: Work to reduce churn and increase customer loyalty.
Cross-Selling & Upselling: Identify opportunities to offer additional services or upgrades.
Feedback & Improvement: Gather customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams for product enhancements.

Job Requirements:

Experience in medical sales or insurance is an advantage.
Strong communication & interpersonal skill
Problem-solving & analytical thinking
Customer-focused mindset
Ability to manage multiple accounts
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
