Position: TechnicianSalary:
Basic Salary: RM 2,500.00Benefits:

EPF contribution: 13% of basic salary
SOCSO contribution based on basic salary
Petrol (mileage) and toll fees claimable during working hours
Outstation allowance provided when applicable

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM / 5:30 PM (adjustable)
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Lunch Break: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM (adjustable)

Duties & Responsibilities:

Carry out installation, maintenance, servicing, packing, and repair of printers and related equipment at premises or customer sites
Assist with delivery and installation of products as assigned
Perform additional duties related to the role as assigned from time to time
Report directly to management or the designated person in charge
Travel to customer locations or other sites as required for job duties
Undertake outstation travel when necessary; relevant allowances (e.g., transportation and accommodation) will be provided in accordance with policy
