- Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand and articulate complex products and solutions
- Candidates with proven track record in a sales or business development role, preferably in the technology or engineering industry has add advantage to fill the vacant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders
- Proven problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Diploma / Degree in Electronics field, or other related technical disciplines is preferred
- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within your assigned territory or industry sector
- Engaging with prospective customers to understand their requirements and pain points
- Demonstrating our products and services, highlighting their features and benefits
- Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiating contract terms and closing sales to meet or exceed individual and team targets
- Providing excellent post-sales support and fostering long-term customer relationships
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
