Then read on.About the RoleSupport Finance Operations by ensuring timely and accurate bank reconciliations, driving process improvements, and maintaining strong internal controls to mitigate operational risks.Roles and ResponsibilitiesBank Reconciliation & ReportingPrepare monthly bank reconciliation dashboards for management review.Ensure timely resolution of unreconciled items, maintaining compliance with internal guidelines.Process Innovation & AutomationDrive continuous improvement through system enhancements, automation (e.g., RPA, AI), and lean initiatives to increase auto-matching efficiency and reduce manual effort.Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities within Finance Operations.Risk & Control ManagementRegularly review reconciliation controls to ensure effectiveness and relevance.Ensure no controllable operational losses and maintain compliance with audit and regulatory standards.Stakeholder EngagementLiaise with internal teams, banks, auditors, and vendors to resolve reconciliation issues and support investigations.Provide timely and quality support to business units and external partners.Learning & DevelopmentProactively identify personal development needs and pursue relevant training or mentoring opportunities.Team CollaborationFoster strong working relationships across teams to ensure smooth reconciliation processes.Supervise interns or contract staff as required.Minimum Job Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.Minimum 2 years’ experience in finance operations, preferably in insurance or financial services.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience is an advantage.Self-driven, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.You must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
