E-Commerce / Purchaser (Mandarin Speaker)

• Education requirement: Minimum must with diploma or relevant certification, E-commerce major, computer major graduates preferred

• E-commerce customer service experience, and foreign trade customer service is preferred
• Have affinity, patience, good language expression and communication skills
• Have a certain ability to work under pressure, practical and diligent, strong execution, obey the arrangements of superiors
• Required skills: Fluency in Mandarin, E-Commerce Platforms, Market Research, Negotiation Skills

• Minimum Certificate / Vocational / Diploma

• Assist the business department in preparing information for account
• Assist advertisers to promote, evaluate and maintain new products
• Timely collect feedback on account problems, and actively communicate with advertisers
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors
• Market and company sales data analysis

• According to the production plan to determine the procurement of material requirements
• Confirm procurement plan with suppliers and follow up and implement IT
• Timely track and deal with material shortages and abnormal situations
• Constantly looking for new products and developing new factories for the US head office. Applicable to both online and offline sales in the United States
