- Develop and execute integrated performance marketing and media strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and lifetime value across online and offline channels.
- Plan, manage, and optimize full-funnel media investments across digital platforms and offline channels (TV, radio, DOOH, OOH, and on-ground activations).
- Lead media planning and buying, including budget allocation, channel mix optimization, audience targeting, and flighting strategies to maximize ROI and reach.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external media agencies to develop media plans, negotiate placements, and ensure efficient execution aligned with campaign objectives and KPIs.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance across all channels, translating data into actionable insights and optimization strategies.
- Drive test-and-learn agendas, including A/B testing across creatives, formats, channels, and audience segments to continuously improve performance outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content, creative, CRM, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive messaging and seamless campaign execution across touchpoints.
- Track and evaluate cross-channel attribution, incrementality, and media effectiveness to inform future investment decisions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving media consumption behaviors to continuously innovate and maintain a competitive edge.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above with 3+ years of experience in Internet companies, brand companies, or agencies. Experience in performance marketing, media planning, or integrated media roles
- Excellent marketing planning and digital media skills with innovative spirit, great logical thinking ability; and had the experience of owning a comprehensive marketing campaign from ideation to execution
- Familiar with different online marketing channels and is aware of interactive products, open to explore and accept new things, have a wide range of interests, and are sensitive to marketing hotspot
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, ad platforms, marketing automation tools or similar
- Experience with budget management and forecasting. Proven ability to manage media budgets and deliver ROI/ROAS targets
