Planning and Scheduling Manager

• Lead and supervise project team to establish WBS preferably by using PRIMAVERA
• Lead and supervise team to develop detailed work plan and activity scheduling of the project.
• Lead the project team to develop project progress performance report.
• Lead and supervise to review the performance of the project, identify areas of improvement and initiate the changes needed.
• Lead and manage the Risk Management process for project scheduling.
• Coordinate with the project team for project schedule revisions and updates.
• Conduct periodic review and process improvement in the project management plan i.e. resource optimizations etc.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) for PRIMAVERA and Microsoft Project.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
• Registered with the Board of Engineers, Malaysia (BEM).
• Minimum 20 years working experience, with minimum of 8 years as a team leader/manager in planning and scheduling in the construction industry.
• Preferably experienced in complex projects and linear infrastructure construction projects.
• Well versed with PRIMAVERA software, schedule network analysis and Critical Path Method (CPM).
• Experience in working at construction sites/plants will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in Mandarin as an added advantage
