Client Background: ManufacturingIndustry : Oleochemical/OilsLocation: Pasir Gudang, JohorHeadcount: 1Position Mechanical EngineerTenure: PermanentRemuneration: RM4,000 - RM5,000Responsibilities· Responsible for validating the work request in the CMMS system (SAP), convert them in to Work orders, after Jobs are completed enter the data in to the system and close the Work orders.· To ensure the timely execution of Preventive maintenance (PM), Time based maintenance· (TBM), Lubrication Maintenance (LM), Condition based maintenance (CBM) etc. as per schedule.· To collect and analysis the data of the work request from the system and submit the same for any other relevant personals follow-up.· To update history cards of the equipment & upkeep timely maintenance records.*· To plan, monitor and execute promptly all annual shutdown jobs, daily maintenance activities, equipment breakdown maintenance, modification / piping works, etc.· Responsible for doing all type of maintenance job related to instruments/ el· To ensure the effective implementation of vibration condition monitoring and laser alignment.· To prepare Purchase Requisitions, Reservations and send /follow-up for mechanical items to be repair by external parties/ vendors.· To guide and supervise the maintenance jobs done by internal manpower / contractors and ensure timely execution with optimum cost.· To ensure good tools inventory and spares management, in both workshop and Stores.· To ensure and review the implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, FSSC, HACCP, ISO 50001 and other relevant standards.· To prepare shutdown report and failure analysis report (FAR).· To plan, monitor and execute promptly all CAPEX projects.· To support and execute all improvement projects (in terms of quality, safety, productivity, equipment efficiency and cost savings), by working closely with Production team and by applying technical knowledge in process plant equipment.· To coordinate non-destructive-test (NDT) and welding inspection in the field.· To advise the Functional Team & TPM / Kaizen activities.· To develop and assist the shop floor team for Kaizen ideas and implementation.· To organize monthly departmental meetings and shop floor meetings.· Internal auditor for ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000 and/or ISO 50001.· To ensure all employees under his charge are comply with environment, occupational health, safety and legal requirements.Requirement· Bachelor in Engineering or Diploma in Engineering· Preferably
2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment· Good communication and interpersonal skills. Good integrity and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.Sub Specialization : Engineering;Mechanical
