Role Description We are seeking a full-time Social Media and Community Manager for a hybrid role based in Petaling Jaya, with opportunities for remote work. The role involves creating and managing engaging social media content, driving community engagement strategies, and developing campaigns to build brand presence. You will monitor online conversations, respond to community inquiries, analyze metrics to optimize performance, and collaborate across teams to align messaging and efforts.
