About the Role Responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of a particular area of the business on either full-time or part-time basis, with the aim of learning practical knowledge of the business area, the company and the industry. It includes, supporting finance operations related scope inclusive of Ariba contract, Purchase Order, Invoicing and Payment, contract novation project activities, inclusive of supplier onboarding. You will be supporting the daily operations if a specific business is on either full-time or part-time basis, with the goal of gaining practical knowledge about the company, its business functions, and broader industry. You also will be assisting with financial operations such as managing Ariba contracts, Purchase Orders, Invoicing, and Payments, as well as participating in contract novation projects and supplier onboarding. The tasks assigned to the intern will vary depending on the supported area, and may include: Assisting with uploading contract to the Ariba system from the risk management database. Supporting the issuance of Purchase Orders, Invoice reviews, and manual uploads. Ensuring smooth payment processing and invoice reconciliation, (e.g. Confirming receipt if goods and invoice submission). Providing assistance with contract novation projects as needed. Requirements: Preferably an undergraduate in the penultimate or final year of bachelor's degree in Finance or Business program Excel academically with minimum CGPA 3.00 or second class upper or equivalent Minimum duration would be 12 weeks or above Compulsory internship placements by university Willing to work in Cyberjaya
