Position Title : PMC ExecutiveLocation: Pasir Gudang, Johor.Headcount: 1Tenure: PermanentRemuneration: RM4,000 - RM6,000Job Summary:· Responsible for production planning, material coordination, and warehouse operations to ensure smooth production flow, accurate inventory control, and timely delivery.Key Responsibilities:PMC / Planning & Material Control:· Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales orders and capacity.· Coordinate with Production, Sales, Purchasing, and Quality teams to ensure production schedules are met.· Monitor material availability, follow up on shortages, and coordinate timely replenishment.· Track production progress, WIP, and delivery status, and update schedules accordingly.· Prepare production planning and material control reports.Warehouse Management:· Oversee receiving, storage, issuing, and dispatch of materials and finished goods.· Ensure inventory accuracy through proper documentation, system updates, and stock control.· Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records.· Ensure proper warehouse layout, labeling, FIFO practice, and 6S compliance.· Coordinate logistics arrangements and support shipment activities.General Duties:· Maintain accurate records in ERP / inventory systems.· Support continuous improvement in planning, inventory control, and warehouse efficiency.· Perform other tasks assigned by management.Requirements:· Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.· Experience in PMC and/or warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment is preferred.· Proficient in Excel and ERP systems.
