Description We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client visits Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Prepare sales reports, proposals, and quotations Follow up on leads and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery Skills and Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Proven experience in sales (1-3 years preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply if confident in sales) Strong communication and negotiation skills Target-oriented with a strong drive to achieve results Good interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Possess own transport (if required for field sales role)
