- Prepare presentation deck / reports
- Manage leave, monitoring staff attendance register
- Ensure new joiners attends on boarding training and adhere to the guidelines prior to ID creation
- Track and ensure all e-learnings are completed by all staffs
- Share or broadcast to whole centre on compliance related matters
