- Customer Onboarding: Help new customers understand and successfully use the product.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction.
- Product Adoption & Training: Provide guidance and support to maximize product usage.
- Proactive Engagement: Anticipate customer needs and address issues before they arise.
- Renewals & Retention: Work to reduce churn and increase customer loyalty.
- Cross-Selling & Upselling: Identify opportunities to offer additional services or upgrades.
- Feedback & Improvement: Gather customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams for product enhancements.
- Experience in medical sales or insurance is an advantage.
