- Lead comprehensive improvement of HubSpot CRM, addressing current data quality issues and implementing best practices
- Design and implement data governance standards to ensure ongoing data integrity
- Build and maintain automated workflows and sequences to streamline sales processes
- Manage deal desk operations, including complex pricing approvals and contract structuring
- Ensure seamless data flow between HubSpot and other business systems
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards in Power BI focused on key SaaS metrics including:
- ARR, MRR, and revenue growth metrics
- Churn rates, net revenue retention, and expansion metrics
- Sales pipeline health, conversion rates, and velocity
- Territory and rep performance analytics
- Create automated reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy
- Provide actionable insights to leadership team through regular revenue performance analysis
- Design and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Implement and maintain sales automation tools and workflows
- Support sales forecasting accuracy through improved data capture and analysis
- Manage territory planning and quota setting processes
- Provide ongoing training and support to sales team on CRM usage
- Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to ensure seamless system integrations
- Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements
- Support implementation of new tools and technologies as the business scales
- Maintain documentation of all processes and system configurations
- 4-6 years of revenue operations experience, preferably in B2B SaaS environments
- Proven track record of HubSpot administration and optimization, including:
- Advanced knowledge of HubSpot Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Operations Hub
- Experience with HubSpot APIs and custom integrations
- Workflow automation and lead scoring implementation
- Strong experience with Power BI, including:
- Dashboard development and data visualization
- DAX formula creation and data modeling
- Integration with multiple data sources
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets capabilities
- Understanding of SaaS metrics and business models
- Experience with deal desk operations and pricing tools
- Knowledge of data governance and quality management principle
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and methodologies
- Experience supporting subscription-based business models
- Knowledge of revenue recognition principles
- Understanding of private equity operating models (preferred)
