- Support the SC Warehouse Manager in driving Continuous Improvement and digitization initiatives, championing simplification of work processes through increased automation and digital solutions within materials management operations.
- Manage performance of operational resources by ensuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are clearly defined, tracked, and consistently achieved across ME Workshop, CWI, Warehouse & Yard operations, and the OGP Warehouse through regular monitoring, intervention, and escalation where required.
- Maintain and govern a database of key roles within the integrated Supply Chain materials management operation, ensuring effective knowledge management and workforce competency. This includes refreshing the competency matrix, monitoring gap‑closure plans, removing waste through DILOs, and developing/updating swim lanes and Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) in line with current work practices to support Continuous Improvement.
- Act as the focal point for audits and compliance activities, including SOX, Partner, and PETRONAS audits, and coordinate and execute Line 1 self‑assurance activities across integrated materials management operations.
- Support the SC Warehouse Manager in cross‑asset benchmarking initiatives to identify best practices and improvement opportunities.
- Provide operational and leadership support to LSB Warehouse contractor personnel, including those supporting OGP operations.
- Regularly review contractor roles within the integrated materials management operation, leading performance evaluations, workforce rotation, succession planning, and where necessary, consequence management across both LSB and OGP Warehouse teams.
- Manage the administration of operational resource requirements, including contractor manpower planning, overtime, leave, and absenteeism, while optimizing workforce deployment in line with current and forecasted activity levels.
- With direct experience in warehouse and material management.
- Proven people leadership experience, with responsibility for directly managing or supervising warehouse or materials management teams, including task allocation, performance monitoring, and day‑to‑day operational oversight.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with strong judgment, showing initiative and confidence in decision‑making after carefully assessing risks and benefits.
- Proven experience operating in dynamic, fast‑changing environments, maintaining composure and a customer‑focused mindset when plans change at short notice.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and urgent operational demands, including flexibility to work outside standard hours (nights, weekends, and public holidays) when required.
- Strong passion for safe and efficient operations, with a continuous improvement mindset focused on cost optimization, process simplification, and adoption of digital and technology‑enabled solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and integration skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across LSB and OGP Warehouse teams, working seamlessly with both staff and contractor personnel.
