- Assist the Commercial & Strategy team with daily administrative tasks.
- Prepare and manage tenders, proposals and reports
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Information & data management
- Maintain accurate sales records and generate regular sales reports.
- Maintain accurate tenders and proposals documentations.
- Analyze information and data to identify trends and opportunities for business improvement.

- Work on department marketing & branding activities.
- Develop impactful marketing articles, social media postings, email newsletters and networking events.
- Liaise with other departments (e.g. Business Development, Operations, Finance, Recruiters) to ensure smooth sales operations
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and materials.
- Support the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives
- Maintain and update candidate data, resumes, and records in the applicant tracking system.
- Prepare and format shortlisted candidate profiles and manage documentation (including self-declaration forms).
- Coordinate background checks and ensure all candidate records are accurate and up to date.
- Conduct salary research, maintain the database, and provide benchmark insights to support recruitment decisions.
- It is imperative that the job description highlights the need for great attention to detail, a solid grasp of mathematics, alongside excellent organisational and communication skills.
- The personnel shall also be exposed to confidential information – thus a high degree of professionalism and discretion should be included in the job description.
- Constant communications, attentiveness between the personnel and the assigned employees managed by the personnel are required.
- Do expect the unexpected situations of employees seeking immediate or emergency inquiries pertaining to payroll and administration support related to payroll, claims, traveling.
- Constants reminders to PIC across departments and potentially to the Client are required to ensure that the projects are delivered.

- Any degree or diploma with minimum of 0-2 years of experience in a similar role in commercial / sales / business development roles.
- Experiences in pre-sales and business development in talent solutions such as recruitment, payroll and manpower services are an advantage.
