Factory Manager

• Lead and manage the overall operations of the factory, including production (processing & packaging), QA/QC and engineering
• Drive continuous improvement in productivity using OEE and other best practice measurements
• Coordinate production activities with other functional groups such as finance, sales, marketing and others
• Forecast operating costs for the department and direct preparation of budget requests
• Manage approved budgets with a focus on controlling cost, reducing waste and eliminating inefficiencies
• Ensure all manufactured products comply with regulatory standards, prescribed Process Descriptions and the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Establish and adhere to a production plan and schedule, ensuring OPEX and CAPEX remain within the yearly budget

• Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing or Engineering related discipline
• At least 10 years of experience in production operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferable within the FMCG industry
• Familiar with the operation of filling machines
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and SAP
• Able to excel in a fast-paced and rapid changing environment
• Independent, self-motivated and results-oriented
