Recruitment InternKey Responsibilities

Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
Source and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Participate in recruitment drives and employer branding activities.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience through timely communication and follow-ups.

Job Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Admin, or related field.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and online platforms.
High level of professionalism and eagerness to learn.
Able to commit to an on-site internship.
