What You Will Achieve Collaborate with the Regional Brand VP to create an online strategy for all platforms that aligns with the global brand strategy and works closely with the Affiliate Brand. This includes managing the online P&L, setting yearly regional channel objectives, and performing sales and volume forecasts to inform demand planning. Develop and manage the SEA activation portfolio and versioning per Affiliate with team support. This involves validating media and CRM plans, overseeing the execution of the activation plan with specialists, and tracking performance daily to identify ROI and potential corrective actions. Act as the main point of contact for the SEA4 and TH brand teams. Coordinate with various specialists to ensure the activation plan is executed effectively across all markets. Work with the DCM team, media manager, CRM manager, retail media network specialists, and eKAM to define and adjust brand online plans. Also, coordinate with Supply Chain and Customer Care specialists to align them with the activation plan, sales targets, and sales peaks. Ensure the implementation of recommendations from the Growth Team on various levers such as SEO, Paid Media, Retention, and UX. Participate in POC and tests on selected websites, and measure results and performance when applicable. Monitor online performance weekly, including net sales, traffic, conversion rate, and all e-commerce KPIs. Follow the online conversion and funnel to continuously enhance the user experience and customer engagement. What You Will Need Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 7 years of prior experience in e-commerce, online or digital marketing from a consumer-focused brand or digital agency practice. Strong leadership and influencing skills to lead multiple projects in a matrix environment. Skilled at managing stakeholders at different levels of seniority to accomplish business goals while maintaining strong interpersonal relationships. Able to work effectively with teams spread across multiple geographies and time zones. Strong analytical skills, fast-learning, and flexible to deal with ambiguity. Detail orientated with strong sense of work prioritization.
