
Project Specialist - Valve Services

- Order processing - SO & FSO processing, order acknowledgement, BSO creation, costing, cost allocation, NCRs, SQs
- Order management - Backlog monitoring, post order sales support, revenue recognition, invoicing, cost/margin control, monitoring order classifications
- Logistics support - Coordination with plants, shipping documents, freight, duties/taxes, customs
- Contracts - Focal point for Services contracts, legal reviews, CIDB requirements, LSPs, auditing
- Field Service Support - FS quotes, purchasing, TAR/project planning &support, materials management, visa/WP coordination, utilisation, monitoring hours
- Ownership of SO and FSO processing
- Purchase order and contract review
- Ensuring of proper execution of customer orders in relation to QHSE and SLB procedures
- Providing order progress reports to clients as required
- Cost/margin control checks and cost allocations
- Submission of order acknowledgements
- Ownership of the Services backlog
- Ensuring timely revenue recognition through constant monitoring
- Assistance with revenue collection with focus on DSO
- Quotation of repair and field service works
- Attending regular internal meetings and external meetings as required
- Production schedule updates for TARs and key projects
- Coordination with plants, packers, FFs, end users and other parties toensure timely delivery of products
- Coordination of shipments for DDP orders
- Focal point for services contracts
- Ensuring compliance to CIDB for all projects
- Ownership of the Services NCRs and SQs
- To become familiar with company products, design principles andsafety aspects
- Planning of maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, assembly and testingactivities at customer location or SLB facility
- Coordination of visas/WPs required for field service activity
- Monitoring field service direct/indirect hours
- Direct progress reporting for field work scopes to the client
- To adhere and contribute to all SLB QHSE programs and system
- Equivalent of Advanced Technical Degree (Diploma or Bachelor’s level) in Engineering, Oil and Gas Production, Business or similar relevant qualifications preferred
- 5+ Years with V&M/VPS/CTV in tendering, document control, sales support, product specialist, engineering or similar role preferred
- Experience dealing with manufacturing plants preferred
- Experience working in team environments in person and remotely
- Knowledge of and experience with valve and actuation products
- Excellent English knowledge (verbal and written)
- Excellent Malay knowledge (verbal and written)
- Proficient in the primary Microsoft Office programs
- International Passport is mandatory as well as a clean criminal record
