Job Description In your new role you will: Responsible of Total Talent Acquisition Strategy in line with the development of talent pipeline Responsible for full cycle of recruiting activities for all levels of employees including job posting, sourcing, screening, offering and on-boarding Act as a strategic partner for your hiring managers and enable hiring the best fit for the open positions Key users of all recruitment system such as Eightfold, ATS and SAP Proficient brand marketing and negotiation skills (e.g., drive efforts to finding solutions that can generate a win-win outcome). Proficient interviewing skills (e.g., competence-based interviewing, aptitude diagnostics). Basic analytical mindset, being able to make sense of numbers and data provided, being able to consult other stakeholders Responsible for all expatriates related issues including new application and renewal etc. Experience in Finance, Technical Experts and Production Executive recruitment locally or regional Must be able to work in Penang site location Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Preferably with 3-5 years experience as a full cycle recruiter in a multi-national manufacturing company Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor/College Degree Experience in expatriate employment and hiring of IDL and technical/experts Self motivated and aggressive with the ability to work independently Possess a good working attitude and strong command of English language #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
