- Lead new project tool trials, prepare reports, and set process standards before first production.
- Collaborate with project, tooling, and cross-functional teams to ensure stable, efficient mould designs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex moulding process and quality issues in mass production.
- Optimize moulding processes to improve product quality, efficiency, and reduce cycle time.
- Develop and commission EOAT and automation solutions to meet quality and productivity goals.
- Mentor and train moulding technicians and junior engineers.
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies, ISO standards, and quality system requirements.
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering
- 3 - 8 years relevant experience in plastic injection moulding.
