- Excellent command of English (verbal, written, and comprehension).
- SPM qualification or higher.
- Experience in B2B / B2C sales is an added advantage.
- Strong ability to convert inbound support calls into sales opportunities.
- Passionate about sales and achieving targets.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Open to local Malaysians only.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism, applying effective sales and customer service practices.
- Use a consultative approach to identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions (new products/services).
- Resolve issues within support scope and guide customers toward third-party solutions or paid consultations when necessary.
- Troubleshoot client products to achieve a one-call resolution whenever possible.
- Consistently meet performance metrics such as First Call Resolution, Conversion Rates, Net Promoter Score, and New Sales.
- Display strong interpersonal skills and perform well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Flexible to work on rotational shifts (24/7).
