Penerangan KerjaKelayakanJob description (Daily Operations) :- Ensure that restaurant's goals and objectives are clearly communicated, understood, and met by subordinates.- Address guests concerns, request and/or any other issues either individually or by enlisting the help of others by following restaurant guidelines.- Collaborate with operations management team to develop and carry-out procedures and ideas to continuously improve outlet performance.- Enforce compliance of work and services standard, hygiene standard, food preparation procedures according to restaurant's Quality, Service, Ambience & Value (QSAV) guidelines, other policy guidelines established by the RV Group and the relevant regulatory requirements.- Conduct day-to-day shift with proper shift briefing.- Supervise the smooth operation of restaurant to ensure that the service is provided promptly, courteously and professionally.- Assist the Restaurant Manager in stock check and stock ordering.- Provide support and assist Restaurant Manager to complete the daily paperwork, periodic inventories and statistical reports accurately and on a timely basis.- Possess full knowledge on food, beverages and other products & services served/provided by the Restaurant.TanggungjawabResponsibilityJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:Health insuranceMaternity leaveOpportunities for promotionParental leaveWork Location: In personBenefitsMedical InsuranceStaff DiscountMedical and Hospitalisation LeaveAdditional BenefitsN/AManfaat
