Responsible to drive yield improvements within the product development and NPI phase for new optical components.
Responsible to achieve target cost, target performance and target quality for new products which are handed over from R&D to high volume production.
In charge to drive overall yield improvement roadmaps in order to achieve and exceed target yields for new optical components
Responsible to do detailed yield loss analysis and pareto with statistical data methods.
Planning product development and customer builds, summarizing and validating these build results during the NPI and ramp phase
Establish & maintain all product related documentation.
Work cross-functionally with multiple groups including Design, Product Engineering, Process Integration, Process Development, NPI, Modeling, Failure Analysis, Quality and Production teams to identify, drive and resolve issues.

Your Profile

BSc/MSC/Ph.D Degree in Mechatronics / Electronic Engineering / Photonics / Physics / Optics.
Min 5 year experience in the field of yield engineering, process integration, product engineering within the semiconductor or optical industry.
Excellent communication, organizational, and team building skills.
Target driven personality with high execution focus.
Proficiency with data analysis, DOE, and statistical techniques.
