Job Summary:The Manufacturing Engineer (Capacity) is responsible for manufacturing capacity planning,modelling, and strategic improvements.The Manufacturing Engineer will also work with the worldwide Operations and Engineering team for yield enhancement, process advancement, quality improvement and cost reduction activities.Responsibilities:Enhance capacity model.Collaborate with worldwide Operations and Engineering personnel to improve production throughput and quality.Lead equipment and manufacturing process improvement activities.Collaborate with vendors and OSATs engineering team on monitoring, planning, and organizing manufacturing metrics and models.Support other projects as needed by management or as business needs evolve.Qualifications & Requirements (Education must be included):Minimum BS Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.Minimum 10 years of related work experience.Experience with capacity modelling.Experience with production environment and manufacturing process flow.Experience with equipment and manufacturing effectiveness tracking and improvement.Proficient with statistical analysis and data gathering.Experience with worldwide production is a plus.Excellent teamwork skills.Must be proficient in written and spoken English.Knowledge on database and programming (Phyton, C++, VB) - preferred not required.Sub Specialization : Engineering;Electrical / Electronics / Semi-conductor
