Languages: English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage)
Fresh graduates / entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics, or a related field
Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
Team player with a proactive work attitude and strong execution capability

Tanggungjawab

Handle Marketing Order Processing
Coordinate Logistics and Deliveries
Manage company website & communication channels:

Calls, emails, WhatsApp
Social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
Google Reviews
Monitor and manage stock levels
Provide accurate product, order, and service information to customers
Handle customer complaints, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (warehouse, retail e-commerce, purchasing) to improve service delivery
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and complaints using designated systems/software
Stay updated on e-commerce products, in-store products, promotions, policies, and procedures
Undertake any additional duties assigned by management when required
