- Perform manual assembly tasks according to work instructions and production schedules.
- Handle, sort, and organize materials and components efficiently.
- Pack and unpack goods as part of production or shipment preparation.
- Assist technicians, engineers, and managers with various tasks on the production floor.
- Read, understand, and follow standard operating procedures and job instructions accurately.
- Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors or team leaders
- Minimum qualification: SPM, technical certificate, or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Basic ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Demonstrates awareness and adherence to safety protocols in the workplace.
- Maintains good 5S housekeeping practices at all times.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- BS + Attendance Allowance (RM6/day)
